Used Bunk Beds

Looking to get some used bunk beds?  Bunk beds are great fun for kids of all ages, the top bunk is like sleeping in outer space while the bottom is like sleeping in a safe nest, the whole thing is like this massive fort.

If you’re looking to get a bunk bed though, they are quite expensive and you may not have the $500 or so to drop on a bed.  If you’re in a situation where space is an issue and you need a bunk bed or your kids are just really insistent about getting one, there is a solution, used bunk beds.

Now there are many places you can pick up used bunk beds,  flea markets, consignment shops, estate sales, even garage sales might have them, but the best place as of late to pick up used bunk beds from is the Internet. 

The Internet has made it very easy for just about anyone to find a bunk bed at a reasonable price through a website you may have heard of, EBay.  EBay allows people to bid on auctions held by regular people like you and me on items that they have up for sale.  People put all sorts of things up for auction and one of those things includes their used bunk beds.

Perhaps their kids are grown up and they’re too old for the bunk beds, or perhaps they’ve gotten a new bunk bed or moved into a house where they now have the space to buy 2 separate beds.  Regardless, there are times where you can find some great deals by browsing through EBay.

When you’re looking for a good deal, do keep in mind that it’s always a good thing to see the “Buy it Now” button for an item.  This will allow you to buy the bunk bed outright at the price specified, which is usually higher than what you’d pay if you went through a bidding war.  The good thing about this though is you don’t have to worry about fighting for it, you can just pick it up and be done with it, this is great if you don’t want to play games and just want what you see as if you were shopping in a regular store.

Do make sure though that when you buy used bunk beds that you ask for many pictures so that you can see it at all different angles, you don’t want to buy one that faulty in some way that you cannot perceive because you can’t see the whole thing.  Obviously you will never truly know until you get the item, so it’s good to purchase only from those who have a good seller rating.
